Today we will continue our study in Revelation 13 as we examine the rise of the Antichrist and his kingdom. As we go through this text, it will be an interesting exercise to ponder the future role of the United States in end-time prophecy. Will America be part of the one-world government of the Antichrist during the Great Tribulation or will we have been removed from the scene at that time? We can’t be certain, but as we study the development of the empire of the Antichrist, we certainly will get a few ideas as to the fate of our country in the very last days before the Lord returns.
