Queen Victoria (1837-1901) was one of the greatest monarchs in English history. When she was a young girl, she was shielded from the truth that she was one of the possible heirs to the throne of England. When the day came for her tutor to tell her of her probable future destiny, her reply was, “Then I will be good!”
In today’s text in Hebrews, We will be reminded of just who we are in Jesus Christ. We were created by Him to become joint heirs with Him in his kingdom. Our destiny is to rule and reign with him forever! What should our response be
as we live out our lives in this fallen world? “I will be good!” “I will live for the glory of the God who died to save me and make me His child!”
